To support the visual communication office efforts, the Junior Digital Designer will assist in creating and engaging in digital content across various platforms, ensuring AUM brand consistency and visual appeal are met at all times.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the design and development of both digital and printed assets.

- Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment with AUM brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

-Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for digital marketing initiatives.

- Refine and iterate on designs based on feedback.

-Ensure designs are optimized for various devices and platforms focusing on user experience and accessibility.

-Ensure designs are optimized and ready prepared for offset and or digital printing.

-Assist and execute posts on AUM Social Media platforms.

- Maintain and update digital asset libraries and design templates on AUM One Drive.

-Stay updated on industry on trends, tools and techniques to continuously improve design skills and efficiency.

-Attend workshops if required by AUM.

Qualifications:

Education: A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in a Digital Designer office or academic administration is highly desirable.

Skills:

Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, …).

Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Personal Attributes:

Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with different departments.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
