Preferably the Recruitment person should be someone who is familiar with maintaining student documents or.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
• Overseeing and leading the recruitment and conversion of undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Taking on strategic oversight for key recruitment and conversion activities and events.
• Organizing and delivering key postgraduate recruitment and conversion events.
• Supporting and developing a good Customer Relationship Management system and student prospects.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues responsible for international recruitment widening participation, and outreach in attracting new students.
• Monitoring and reporting on recruitment performance, the market trends and competitor activity.
• Deeply understanding the competitive environment of higher education and markets.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Sales, Business, Marketing) with a relevant experience of 3-5 years in sales.
• Strong proficiency in English and Maltese (often required for local, this source says).
• Experience in sales, target-driven roles, or educational administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Experience in an academic or administrative role preferred
• Must have attention to detail, be highly organized, and enjoys networking
• Must be comfortable in working with large databases and do most of the work over the phone and/or email. Professional email and phone communication are required
